​Choosing the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and I understand how important it is to find someone who feels like the right fit. I’m here to offer a glimpse into who I am, both as a therapist and as a person.

I’m an animal lover who’s always up for a paddleboarding adventure with my 5-year-old mixed breed dog, Luna. We’re basically the dynamic duo of the lake! When I’m not hanging out with Luna, you’ll find me volunteering at a horse rescue ranch. My home? It’s a jungle! I’m obsessed with plants, and my house looks like a greenhouse. I’m on a mission to keep every plant alive.

I love Art and DIY projects. Whether it’s painting or crafting, I love getting creative. I also happen to be a mother to a wonderful daughter who is my entire universe—parenting her is the most joyful adventure of all.

I enjoy traveling and exploring new places, especially if it involves a good road trip to cooler spots. My ultimate dream? To have a big property with loads of animals and adopt a bunch of dogs so they can live their best, free, and loved lives.
