Choosing the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and I understand the importance of finding someone who feels like the right fit. To help, I’d like to share a bit about who I am, both as a therapist and as a person.

Things I love:
As a teenager, I faced my own battle with an eating disorder, an experience that profoundly shaped who I am today. The support I received during my recovery not only saved my life but also sparked my passion for helping others on their own journeys. Combining my personal experience with my professional expertise, I bring a unique understanding and deep empathy to my work with clients. Having walked this path myself, I’m able to recognize the subtle but significant moments that might go unnoticed by others. In those moments, I approach with compassion, a gentle sense of accountability, and a commitment to helping my clients find their way toward healing. |
